Not looking for sex change I would like to get small female breasts. Im fascinated with this, and wife very accepting.not want to go through psych evaluations. know what i want just want to do it. Thinking about large a\small b cups. I thought about this for 15 years and im at the point that i wont be content until i do this. I have wanted this for as long as i can remember and not once have i thought otherwise, so i am 100% sure this is my course. How do i proceed with this; where do i start?
Answer: Straight male wanting small female breast implants. Where do I start? Thank you for your excellent question and congratulations on your decision to follow through with surgery. Though breast augmentations can be performed in males most plastic surgeons will want clearance through a psychologist deeming you an appropriate candidate. Seeing a board certified plastic surgeon is a good place to start, they can help get you to the right physician to proceed with surgery. Best wishes.

Answer: The right size for you It is very difficult to determine the exact size and shape implant you will require to best match your ideal breast image without an examination by a board certified plastic surgeon. Not just any board certified plastic surgeon, but one with many years of frequently performing breast augmentation surgery including different approaches, techniques and implant choices. This is because several measurements not to mention your breast characteristics are needed to determine the optimal implant size to obtain your goals. Without knowing these dimensions it would be difficult to make this determination. For example, the existing base width of your breast will determine, in many cases, the maximal volume per implant profile that you can accommodate. To illustrate; a 100 cc difference may make a significant difference with a narrow base width breast, but much less of a difference if you have a wide chest wall and wide breast “foot print”. Therefore, just because your friend may have a great result with let’s say a 350 cc implant to make her go from a “A” cup to a “C” cup size does not mean that you will have the same result with the same size implant. . Further simply placing implants in a bra to determine the size best for you is not always accurate as the bra often distorts the size, is dependent on the pressure the bra places plus the implant is outside your breast and not under it among other variables. Computer software morphing programs that automatically determine the best implant size can be helpful in some but not all cases (e.g. doesn’t work well in my experience with existing implants, sagging or asymmetric breasts). Using “want to be” photos however are useful if simply provided to the surgeon as I will further explain in the below link.

Answer: Straight male wanting small female breast implants. Where do I start? Thank you for the question.I have had the opportunity to work with several men interested in breast implants ( to feminize the chest wall). This is a different situation from trans gender patients in transition and from men who are looking to augment their chest walls ( pectoralis implants).Nevertheless, this subset of patients is somewhat uncommon; it is very important to understand patient motivation clearly and to educate these patients about the long-term effects of having feminized chest walls. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons. Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. ***Ask to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done. I hope this, and the attached link/video, helps. Best wishes.

Answer: Male Breast Implants Breast implants can be placed as successfully in men as in women. The motivation to do so is personal and I do not consider a psychological workup or assessment essential in most such patients unless it becomes apparent there is a reason to do so.
