Is it okay to take off my surgical bra for a while to let my new boobies breathe? (Photo)

So I am 5 days post op and sometimes my chest feels like it is suffocating! My doctor had made my surgical bra tighter to bring my cleavage closer together, which is great, but sometimes I almost feel like I'm having a hard time breathing! So I just want my girls to breathe and hang out for a little while today!
