I am so sad I have been turned town by my dr of choice, who specializes in skinny bbls, stating, “I am way too skinny” I am 39, 5’3, 135lbs, 24 BMI I have had a tummy tuck and lipo to thighs that I am not happy with. (Pregnancy and weight loss). My desired look is skinnier waist with more shape to hips and possibly butt. I’m looking for a more “natural” shape. My question is, am I too skinny, what can I do for improved shape. Can uneven thighs and be corrected?
Answer: Body Contouring, Lipo 360 Based on your photos, what you will benefit the most is by doing more extensive liposuction, Lipo 360, that will give you the shape that you desire to have. The main areas that you can have major improvement include your entire back and flanks. You are not too skinny to undergo a major body transformation. Body contouring will go a long way for you, because it will create an hour-glass shape for you. The fat transfer to hips will give you more feminine curves. Uneven thighs may be improved with more liposuction, but only if done with a specific technique.

Answer: Am I too skinny for BBL at 5'3, 135lbs, 24 BMI? (Photos) There are a lot of patients who can get nice results from the BBL despite thinking that there is not enough fat. The thinner patient requires an expert at liposuction to remove as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth. Fat can be harvested from the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, back, etc. and transferred to the hips and buttocks. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced with liposuction to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and facial integrity has remained the same. You will find that the results are very much surgeon dependent. Recommend that you consult via email or Skype with a board certified PS to determine your fat stores.

Answer: BBL candidate and BMI Providing that you do not expect significant buttock/hip enlargement, you seem to be good candidate for BBL. Revision, lowering of TT scar and possibly thigh lift, should be considered. Good luck.

Answer: Am I too skinny for BBL at 5'3, 135lbs, 24 BMI? Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos and BMI, you do have enough fat for reshaping and enhancing the buttocks. I see why you are not happy with your tummy tuck. Currently you have a rectangular shape and lots of fat on your back, waist and hips. There's no feminine definition of the buttocks. If you were my patient, I would do VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 and fat transfer to the buttocks for shaping. Eventually, your very high abdominoplasty scar should be lowered. This was just poor surgical technique. Hopefully, this was not done by your doctor of choice. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck. See attached web reference.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Thrifty15950, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
