Fillers in the base of nose/premaxilla region?

Fillers can be injected in the base of the nose but there is some risk of vascular occlusion in this area. Fillers can be used to correct a droopy tip but I might recommend botulinum toxin as a first approach

Fillers can be placed in the pre maxilla, it would take a lot of  material to be injected, and would probably be cost prohibitive. In addition, it will only be a temporary augmentation. To augment the pre maxilla , cartilage graft, bone graft or synthetic implants are used. A droopy tip is also addressed through a surgical rhinoplasty procedure to lift the tip. This is accomplished with  suture techniques applied to the nasal tip cartilages and releasing the depressor septi ligament.   It is important to release this ligament (if it is present) which pulls the tip down when smiling.For many  before and after rhinoplasty examples  and more information, please see the link below
