If it's been 2 days since your Botox injection, you are fine to have your microdermabrasion. My only concern is that 3 units of Botox on each side is an extremely low dose, and you may not see much of an improvement. Thank you for posting your question.  Yes, you can have Microdermabrasion 2 days after Botox. If fact, you can safely have microdermabrasion followed by Botox or Dysport on the same day! I have done this many times. The microdermabrasion treats the superficial layers of the skin and the Botox is injected into the underlying facial muscles. You certainly can have microdermabrasion 2 days after Botox. You can try some fractionated laser such as Fraxel which will result in a enhanced rejuvenation.
