Does Botox cause tinnitus?

I had a Botox injuction 21/03/15 as a follow up due eyes drooping and that night my right ear developed some kind of tone when spoke today 22/03/15 I have a load ringing sound in my right ear. Its so stressful I hope it wears off with Botox?

The Botox is very effective at decreasing the activity in the muscle and weakening the effect of the muscle on your TMJ. As the muscle is weakened (to decrease the effects on your TMJ's) you will naturally lose some of the tone and definition of the muscle which may be visible in the lower cheek...

Your pictures clearly show a difference. During your first treatment you probably received Botox to the middle of your forehead without any to the sides which left you with the "spock" appearance. During your adjustments, either too much Botox was given or it was placed too low on the forehead...
