My nose tip is extremely big and uneven, every time I look down my nose tip appears even larger, it's long, and the left side is almost like a perfect sphere, making half of my nose a semi perfect ball. I also have thick skin and sinus issues, is there anyway to fix this with surgery? My nose has caused me to lose all self esteem and ive been self concious everytime I associate with someone. I can't even look people in the eye and I sometimes wish I wasn't alive. Help is needed bad. Thank you.
