Rhinoplasty, dry and flaky skin on my nose and cheeks. How long does this last?

Many patients have a reaction to the tape and cast, which can cause a reaction on the skin. Ask your surgeon whether hydrocortisone cream might be helpful to calm down your skin.  Obviously it should be checked for infection (but it doesn't sound like that) Otherwise it just takes time for your nose to heal.
