I got 4mm Medpor cheek implants but they look WAY too large for my face. They protrude by a lot and look very strange and almost alien-like. The implants are placed on the sides of my face right under my temples, not the front "apple" part. Is it possible I still have swelling and they could eventually look normal? Could I possible have them shaved down to a much smaller height? 4mm doesn't sound like a lot but they really look huge! I'm a 24 year old girl.
