Question

I just had my 2nd session done yesterday and it's still red and kinda dry but now I have little acne or like looks like bumps on my face which I didn't have before the procedure i don't know why ? Is this part of the process?

We all have our own specific instructions after microneedling- this will differ from each doctor you see. Your specialist should have given you verbal or preferably written instructions. The aim is to keep clean, wash with bland cleansers like Cetaphil, moisturise 2-3 times a day with Aqueous or other bland moisturisers. Add sunscreen at day 2 and avoid irritants. Redness is completely normal after Microneedling. Typically, clients will be red for up to three days, and will resemble a sunburn. The bumps can be caused from irritation from sweat, products, or even a simple histamine reaction. 
After the procedure it is recommended that you do not wash your face with any cleansers and only apply a gentle moisturizer, such as CeraVe. Feel free to splash cold water on your skin if it is feeling tight and hot, but only use your hands. No washcloths. No sunscreen or strenuous workouts for 48-72 hours after the initial procedure, but feel free to use as much CeraVe as needed.
Microneedling is a fantastic procedure for uneven texture and tone of the skin. The fine needles  of the device are used to minimally puncture the skin to create a controlled skin injury. Each puncture creates a channel that triggers the body to fill these microscopic wounds by producing new collagen and elastin.
