I have enlarged pores on my cheek from age (I'm 35), discoloration from rosacea and picking at dry skin, and overall rough dull texture to my skin. My dermatologist recommended a series of microneedling treatments with txa instead of prp due to my budget constraints. Is the txa effective with microneedling or am I just wasting my money?

Swimming in salt water after microneedling should be avoided for 10 days to 2 weeks. Your skin is undergoing healing and salt water could be very irritating to compromised skin. Do wear your sunblock daily to protect that healing skin.
