Question

I'm not fat, though I'm not lean either. I just have a bit of stomach fat. My family however has had a history of double chins on both sides and I got the worst of the two gene pools. I've had this weird sloppy neck since I was a kid. I'm at the end of my rope here. I need something because I really don't know what to do. I need to fix my neck before I start Testosterone for transitioning, otherwise I think T is going to be a sad and insecure experience. What should I get or what should I do? Please, I need something.

It would take a physical examination to be absolutely sure but it looks as though you'd be an excellent candidate for liposuction of the chin and neck. This is easily done under local anesthesia.

If you are wanting a non-surgical procedure Kybella may be a great option for you.  It helps remove unwanted fat under the chin and also shrinks your skin.  I would recommend making a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss this option.

From the pictures you provided, it appears that you would be a good candidate for liposuction of your neck under your chin.  This procedure should reduce the fullness under your chin and give you more definition in that area.
