The volume under the chin is effectively a hereditary feature and can be addressed by a deep plane anterior necklift intervention which deals with the volume muscles. This produces increased definition for the jawline, the impression that the chin is more projected and that the neck has slender contours throughout.

In the photos from the frond the right side of the jaw appears squarer. This suggests hyperactivity of the muscles during sleep (bruxism) and can be addressed with botulinum toxin injections. The botulinum toxin injections in particular on the right side are likely to produce a levelling of the contours with the left since the central part of the jaw has more symmetry. In the profile photo, it appears that you have a facial imbalance and a weak chin. Your facial balance can be improved with a chin implant of sliding genioplasty. Facial asymmetry can be addressed with other types of facial implants or facial liposuction. There are many possibilities.

At age 28, I would not recommend a facelift. I would recommend a chin implant and a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

There's no such thing as perfect facial symmetry, since there is a left half of the face, and a right half of the face when they come together in the embryo phase in the womb. You do have a recessive mandible and chin profile, so consider placement of a small chin implant to augment your chin forward for better facial balance and proportions.
