In the profile photo, it appears that you have a facial imbalance and a weak chin. Your facial balance can be improved with a chin implant of sliding genioplasty. Facial asymmetry can be addressed with other types of facial implants or facial liposuction. There are many possibilities.

At age 28, I would not recommend a facelift. I would recommend a chin implant and a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

I would recommend you to have facial contouring(square jaw) surgery to achieve a slimmer, more defined jawline and it also can improve your asymmetrical. According to your photos & age, you probably don't need facial lifting right now, you can decide facial lifting later.

There's no such thing as perfect facial symmetry, since there is a left half of the face, and a right half of the face when they come together in the embryo phase in the womb. You do have a recessive mandible and chin profile, so consider placement of a small chin implant to augment your chin forward for better facial balance and proportions.
