I had Belotero injections yesterday for tear trough. Initially it looked very full and smooth, but this morning I woke up to this (see photo). There are awful bags under my eyes now, worse on the right side. Is this a normal side effect, and will it go away? I'm terribly concerned….

Many patients bruise after fillers especially around the eyes. I would wait another 10 days to see if the bruising and swelling go away before I would have the product dissolved. Please consult an expert for the best cosmetic results. Best, Dr. Green
