38, large cheek implants removed in January 2024. Would I qualify for facelift? (Photos)

Hi, I’m a 38 year old female and I had large cheek implants put into my face in December of 2021 and had them removed in January of 2024. I now have bags under my eyes and loose tissue/malar bags in my upper cheeks especially on my left. Over two years ago, I had the surgeon who did the cheek implants, inject Bellafill into my nasolabial folds, while I still had my cheek implants in. Too much was injected and is noticeable and adds to the sagging look in my face especially on the right. Would a deep plane facelift help make my face look better? Ive been told my skin is tight even though it appears to be sagging. Any information is appreciated!
