I am in my late sixties and never was comfortable with wide smile.People ask me to smile in a group pictures and I think I do smile but my teeth aren’t visible. Years ago although my smile wasn’t wide but at least my teeth were slightly showing. Can there are be anything done that people believe I am actually smile and aren’t toothless?

You have a good smile with well-aligned teeth and your profile is also good. But if you are still not happy with your smile, you can go for lip lift surgery, which will increase anterior teeth display. For cost consult a plastic surgeon.
First of all, basic problems such as crowding in your teeth and correcting the mid ine should be solved with orthodontic treatment. After that, it will be possible to give your teeth a more aesthetic appearance with Zirconium or Emax crowns to be made with smile design application.
Hello, I would recommend you have a consultation to see what options are available. Once in diagnosis the doctor would provided a treatment plan available with 1 or more options, you could then decided which options best suits your needs, there is no compromise.
