Well as the saying goes, "anything too good to be true, usually is (not true)". Other than being genetically blessed in the buttock and/or performing consistent rigorous exercise, there is no "natural" way to grow the buttock other than surgery.
Butt Enhancement pills and Creams may be safe or legal but they don't work. Save your money, no creams, lotions, pills, saves, or oils will make you buttocks look bigger. Implants or fat transfer are the best way to go . See below links for more info.

This one is easy to answer.....No. I did not even know there was such a product on the market but I can assure you that they have not been proven effective and essentially do nothing but relieve unsuspecting people of money.
