Unhappy with size of lip injections, do you have to pay again?

Hello, you would need to speak to your injector about their policy.  It is not uncommon to require additional filler to achieve the desired result, and each clinic will have their own policy whether there is a different fee for more product.

Everyone should discuss this issue fully BEFORE you undergo treatment. Usually additional treatment will have added cost. It's better to have too little and simply inject more than to have too much!

Typically, if you would like more filler because you feel that your lips are still smaller than you would like, you would have to pay for an additional syringe. It is not uncommon to start out wiht one syringe.

I don't think its the doctors fault if you aren't happy because your lips aren't big enough. It's just a matter of getting more filler. You can talk to the doc and see what mutually agreeable plan you can come up with. Restylane Silk is my preference for lips now.

The size is dependent on how much filler was used.  Most offices charge by the syringe.  If you used a whole syringe and you still want fuller lips, you would need another syringe.  The injector most likely will charge your for the 2nd syringe.

Typically if more filler is needed then the patient is required to cover the cost of the injectable. It is always better to start conservatively with 1 syringe. If a patient comes to my practice never having filler injected into the lips I will start with almost always start with 1 syringe, and discuss with them adding more if the results are not as full as they would like.
