How long should I wait to shower after lip injections? Best ways to deal with lips swelling?

Hi all. I had my lips topped off yesterday morning. How long should I be avoiding a hot shower? Also, are there any tips to help with swelling? I'm much more swollen this time than ever before! Thanks!
