There is no exercise, cream, pill or lotion that will lift your breasts. Breast lift surgery will address your sagging and though your breast volume will not decrease, your breasts may look smaller since they won't droop down so far. Best, Dr. Nazarian

Hi. Unfortunately surgery is the only answer. You do not have tuberous breasts. I think a breast lift without an implant would give you dramatic results. It will lift and tighten the breast, move the nipple into a higher position, improve the shape and reduce the size if the areolar whilst preserving your current volume. You do not have classic tuberous breasts.You certainly are a good candidate for breast lift surgery. This should not result in creating any unnatural hardness or firmness. If you seek more stable upper breast fullness, a small implant at the tome of the lift may be helpful.

You appear to have ptotic breasts which is just a fancy way to say that they have fallen from where we'd like for them to be which is above your inframammary fold.  You would benefit from a breast lift and your overall size will go down, but by how much is yet to be determined.  Keep in mind that your breasts will become more dense (like when you were younger- which is desirable) by keeping the same mass (weight or amount of tissue), but decreasing the volume that they take up (cup size).  Physics Formula:Density = Mass / VolumeThe tighter your lift, the denser your breasts and the smaller the cup size you will ultimately have.  Communicate your goals directly and without hesitation to your plastic surgeon.

Unfortunately, here is no exercise or massage that can improve breast shape. You have III degree breast ptosis, which would be best treated with a full uplift, with or without implants.The size of your breasts may change, even if there is no reduction in volume with the procedure, and you may fit a smaller bra after the operation.There will be visible scars, but normally the 'feel' of the breasts is not affected. Altogether, in your case I would say the improvements obtainable with an uplift far outweight the limitations and risks of the procedure.

Based on your photographs, you do not have breast constricted/tuberous breasts. You do however have breast ptosis and will likely benefit from breast lifting plus/minus breast augmentation surgery. Exercise and/or massage will not be helpful.

You will do best by seeking consultation with well experienced board certified plastic surgeons. Ask to see lots of examples of their work and communicate your goals clearly. Potential risks associated with breast lifting surgery include infection, bleeding, incision line healing problems, loss/change of nipple/areola complex sensation, and blood flow related issues to causing skin or tissue necrosis. Poor scarring, pigment changes, areola/nipple asymmetry etc. are also potential problems.If breast implants are utilized, patients may experience implant related problems such as encapsulation, leakage, displacement problems ( too high, bottoming out, lateral displacement, asymmetric positioning etc.), rippling/palpability of breast implants etc. Patients may also be dissatisfied with breast size, shape, and/or how the breast implants and overlying breast tissues “interface” with one another. Occasionally, a breast implant may even have to be removed and the patient will generally be “implant free” for several months at least. Exercise and/or massage will not improve your breast position. Only a breast lift will correct this problem. They should not become unnaturally hard after surgery. Your breast size will not decrease but they will appear smaller because they will not be as long.
