I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

It appears from your photos that you have excess fat and skin that would be improved with a revision to your tummy tuck. A tummy tuck is considered cosmetic and is not covered by insurance. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

I feel you may be able to have another full abdominoplasty. A physical exam would be necessary to determine how much fat you have for a BBL.

Your post is a little difficult to understand. I suggest you follow up with the surgeon who did your procedure and discuss your concerns. Perhaps a revision is indicated.
It’s also possible this may be swelling depending on how long ago you had your operation. Lastly live Liposuction may be an alternative to redoing the tummy tuck.
Consider reposting and maybe get someone to help explain your situation and what you’re looking for a little more clearly.
