Will a tummy tuck revision with muscle repair help me?

I'm sorry to hear of the discomfort you are having. It's difficult to determine if a revision is indicated for you without an examination. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for an evaluation. If visceral fat is what is leading to your discomfort, then further weight loss should help.

Without pictures or more information we can’t really give you a good assessment. The most common reason patients have a bulging of the upper abdomen after a tummy tuck is due to excess visceral or intra-abdominal fat and weight loss typically fixes it.
If you’re obese then working on your weight is first and foremost on the list of recommendations.
