I’ve had them since my mid twenties out nowhere more so one side now in my late thirties it’s noticeable on both. Adding age and tiredness to my face. Funny thing I don’t see them all the time but they are there. They’re not too noticeable in the attached photo but they look worse in person I feel.

Tarsal fixation is when the tissue of the eyelid crease is fixated to the tarsus. This can include skin, levator aponeurosis, and orbicularis. This is often used to aid in lid crease formation.
Your eyebrows are quite flat and horizontal, so in my opinion you will need to opt for brow lift(endoscopic or mini brow lift) and probably some fat grafting in the inner part of upper eyelid and lower eyelid area. The type of brow lift can decided after consultation and your expectations.
