Answer: Brow lift with fat grafting will be best Your eyebrows are quite flat and horizontal, so in my opinion you will need to opt for brow lift(endoscopic or mini brow lift) and probably some fat grafting in the inner part of upper eyelid and lower eyelid area. The type of brow lift can decided after consultation and your expectations.

The options for this will be either the complete orbital rim surgery or fat grafting for the orbital region. Do contact a certified plastic surgeon to know about them.

For this problem, an evaluation by an oculoplastic surgeon would be most appropriate. Filler may be an option for sunken appearing eyes as well. Hope this helps.
