Thank you for sharing the pictures. As I can see, the genetic morphology of your face itself has deep orbital rim, which make the eyes look sunken. The options for this will be either the complete orbital rim surgery or fat grafting for the orbital region. Do contact a certified plastic surgeon to know about them.

Hi, From photographs alone it appears she may be developing upper eyelid ptosis which can make the eyelids appear sleepy or heavy. For this problem, an evaluation by an oculoplastic surgeon would be most appropriate. Filler may be an option for sunken appearing eyes as well. Hope this helps.

Dark circles have a variety of causes like stress, dehydration, lack of sleep, volume loss, hyperpigmentation, pigment deposit, skin laxity or genetic. It is important to find the underlying cause and then proceed with treatment. 
After analyzing the pictures provided, it seems like you have hyperpigmentation along with volume loss or periorbital fat loss. This is generally caused due to overstraining the eyes while using gadgets/laptops/phones/television. This makes your eyes look sunken and the undereye look hollow.
The only treatment for volume loss is fillers or fat grafting. Fillers are a preferable option because it is temporary, dissolvable and has no downtime. A hyaluronic acid-based filler is commonly used in this case.
However, the hyperpigmentation can be taken care of with a combination of topical treatment containing vitamin C/ caffeine and mild retinoid derivatives.

Fillers are a great option for the under eye.  They work by using volume to disguise under eye irregularities.  The treatment is done in the office and the results last up to one year.  We also recommend using medical grade skin care products and wearing sunscreen every day.

Your eyebrows are quite flat and horizontal, so in my opinion you will need to opt for brow lift(endoscopic or mini brow lift) and probably some fat grafting in the inner part of upper eyelid and lower eyelid area. The type of brow lift can decided after consultation and your expectations.
