My upper eyelid margin is very thick and prominent. This often makes me look tired or as though my eyelid is flipped. I know many people have a tiny bit of space there and will "tightline" with eyeliner, but I feel like my case is much more apparent. I've attached an image showing how my eyes look (1) without makeup (2) without makeup and the space highlighted in red (3) with makeup. Are there any surgical or non-surgical procedures that can be done to reduce this? Thank you!

Your canthal tilt is normal. You don't need a lateral canthoplasty.
You have mild lower lid retraction (your lower eyelid is slightly rounded on the outside edge). It can be improved using a small graft on the inside of your lower eyelid. This will make it seem like you have positive tilt.
