I'm 31, have rosacea, and it seems that the only places that I can grow facial hair are the places where there is no redness due to rosacea (upper lip, chin), which makes me wonder if rosacea inhibits facial hair growth. Correct me if I'm wrong but a terminal hair needs to be rooted to a sebaceous gland. If rosacea causes inflammation is that why the vellus hair on my cheeks has not turned terminal because the skin is inflammed?

Laser resurfacing is done to stimulate new collagen production which will help to smooth out the skin texture. After the procedure the new collagen starts to grow at about 6 weeks. It will continue to grow for 6-12 months afterwards. So final result is not seen until about one year.
There are many types of birthmarks, but I can answer for all of them that creams will not work to remove any type of birthmark. I think you should see a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon for an evaluation and recommendations. Don't waste your money on creams.
A better approach is to address the blood vessels that are causing the redness. A vascular laser such as pulse dye, yellow light ,or q switched yag can all be more effective than Ipl.the yag also improves minor acne scars.
