Hi, I am going into five weeks post opt and for the past two I have been noticing that my nose is tilting. It has gotten worse. Should I be worried about needing a revision?

Answer: Rhinoplasty At one month out, you are likely very swollen and have to give it time to heal. Everyone has some asymmetry in their face with some tilting of the nose.

Answer: 1 Month Post Op Rhinoplasty Thank you for your question. One month post surgery is really early on in the healing process and you will still have significant swelling. Typically, the initial swelling after nose surgery subsides within two to three weeks. However, residual swelling, especially in the tip of the nose, can take about a year to resolve as the contour refines. I would advise following up with your surgeon so he/she is made aware of your concerns and can track your progress. Best of luck to you!
