Every time I talk or smile with my lips closed together the tip of my nose moves quite a lot. I have a long and wide nose but I dont mind its shape when it is not moving. I DON'T wanna have to undergo rhinoplasty. I read that cutting the depressor muscle can stop this movement. But I am afraid that after cutting it my nose will change its shape. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.
