patient. It takes several months for the final outcome to become evident. Continue to follow-up with your surgeon and follow their
post-operative regimen for your convalescence. Your situation will most likely
improve.

Thanks for posting your photos and concern. You just had your cast off and you are swollen and distorted now. You really should not judge your nose now. Of note, in the first 3 days after a cast is removed, the nose can swell more as the cast was containing swelling. Do not fret if this happens as it is temporary. I would wait a month or longer before really judging. In the meantime, follow your doctors directions and give it time.  

Hi.  Thank you for your question.  Although difficult, you should be patient as you can have swelling for up to a year or even a bit longer.  With just having your splint off there is no doubt that you have some uneven swelling.  Keep your follow up appointments and see your Doctor when you have any concerns and questions.  Best of luck to you.
