I know the recommendation is Facetite and Morppheous8 but I am a little nervous with facetite. Would I be better off with Morphenous8 or ulthera?
Answer: Morpheus8 or Ultherapy? Based on what we can see in your limited picture I would consider either Facetite or ThermiTight. I wouldn't waste your time and money on doing either Ultherapy or Morpheus8 alone as I don't think they will provide you with adequate enough results. Make sure you see an experienced physician provider for an in-person consultation and evaluation to determine which treatments would be best for you. Best wishes.

Answer: A combination of both Ultherapy and Morpheus8 can help achieve optimal results. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Skin Tightening for the Neck with Kybella, Ultherapy, thermage, pdo nova threads, exilis, VASER, ThermiRF, Neck lift, J plasma, A combination approach would give the most improvement. Kybella, PDO Nova Threads, Ultherapy and/or ThermiRF treatments (Venus Legacy) are non-invasive options that would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck. VASER with ThermiRF is a great alternative for contouring and tightening the chin and neck and can be combined with a neck lift at the same time, if you're a candidate. See a cosmetic dermatologist for a long term treatment plan. Best, Dr. Emer.
