Question

My stomach ends in a flab . It wouldn't make since for me to get a BBL if I can't get a flat stomach... would any other procedures be suggested? How can I get a flat stomach, little to no back fat and a big buttocks all in 1 go ?

It is always recommended to have a liposuction with transfer to your buttocks first as this guarantees more fat to be transferred than when it is combined with another procedure . Fat for the BBL can be taken from your abdomen, flanks, back and bra chub, which will help you with getting a flatter stomach and removing the back fat. The fat removed can be injected into your buttocks to create the projection and shape that you desire. However, if you have excess skin and "flab" in your abdomen, the best way to achieve the flat stomach would be with an abdominoplasty or tummy tuck.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, and tummy tuck, this is because all the extra skin located in this areas plus your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired. Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. For us your safety, always, is going to be first.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
Based on your photos you are a good candidate for a tummy tuck and liposuction in order to get a flat stomach. I think you'll look very good. 
 The combination of liposuction and BBL with a traditional tummy tuck has become a very common procedure. It is safe to combine the two procedures mainly to address the hip and flank areas. This is a very effective way to extenuate the contour of the waist along with the abdominoplasty. 
I recommend to book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss the best options for your goals.
