My stomach ends in a flab . It wouldn't make since for me to get a BBL if I can't get a flat stomach... would any other procedures be suggested? How can I get a flat stomach, little to no back fat and a big buttocks all in 1 go ?
Answer: Flat Stomach with BBL Alone Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides or back and make the waist as small as possible. I use the fat for transfer at the time of the harvest to ensure optimal fat viability in the BBL. You will need a TT to remove the excess fat and skin and tightens the abdominal muscles. Find a board certified plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of BBLs, TTs, and liposuction procedures each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website patient reviews, and before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Answer: In order to achieve getting a flat stomach, would a BBL procedure be enough for me? (Photo) It is always recommended to have a liposuction with transfer to your buttocks first as this guarantees more fat to be transferred than when it is combined with another procedure . As a surgeon is only allowed to take only about 1000cc of fat in a combo procedure instead of 4000cc in a single procedure, 6 months after will be a perfect time to have a tummy tuck.A Brazilian butt lift is a safe and effective procedure that combines liposuction of the abdomen hips waist and back and then fat grafting to the gluteal region. This is a safe and effective way to contour the lower body. After a successful Brazilian Butt lift, the fat that remains will stay there for the rest of your life. Like the rest of the tissue in your body this fat will grow and age with you.The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy.Choose a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of Brazilian Butt Lifts and has privileges to do this surgery at a local university hospital. This says his credentials have been checked out by fellow Drs. All surgeries carry risk, talk to your plastic surgeon and choose one wisely. Many surgeons, including myself, offer online virtual consultations where you send us your photos and we can estimate the cost. I, like many surgeons, also offer free consultations so that you can be examined and given the most accurate quote.

Answer: Fixin' the flab Fat for the BBL can be taken from your abdomen, flanks, back and bra chub, which will help you with getting a flatter stomach and removing the back fat. The fat removed can be injected into your buttocks to create the projection and shape that you desire. However, if you have excess skin and "flab" in your abdomen, the best way to achieve the flat stomach would be with an abdominoplasty or tummy tuck.

Answer: Tummy tuck Hi, thanks for sharing your concern and photos with us! First I want to congratulate you for making this important decision. Deciding to get an aesthetic procedure to change your body and get a new life style is a big step! Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, and tummy tuck, this is because all the extra skin located in this areas plus your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired. Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. For us your safety, always, is going to be first. Have a great day! Dr. JPG

Answer: In order to achieve getting a flat stomach, would a BBL procedure be enough for me? Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Based on your photos you are a good candidate for a tummy tuck and liposuction in order to get a flat stomach. I think you'll look very good. The combination of liposuction and BBL with a traditional tummy tuck has become a very common procedure. It is safe to combine the two procedures mainly to address the hip and flank areas. This is a very effective way to extenuate the contour of the waist along with the abdominoplasty. I recommend to book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss the best options for your goals. Good luck :)
