A facelift normally will address sagging skin of the lower face and neck, but it will not usually help with fine lines on the skin.  CO2 laser resurfacing can help to improve lines on the skin and can be used on the upper lip, under the eyes and on the forehead.  It can also be used on the entire face.

CO2 will be the treatment of choice given your description. Deep lines can be softened, static lines can be markedly improve. If your lines are dynamic, a tiny bit of Botox can make a huge improvement. Regards, Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
