Tried Restylane for my forehead for a deep crease and a milder one up a little higher to my right. Why is redness still there?

The smaller one hasn’t gone down much; but what bugs me the most was both were overfilled at first and I thought that the redness in the crease would go away after a few days. It has been two weeks and it is still there....? Also Dysport was also used and should not have been used in between my eyebrows because it made the area sag!

Hi @melissa809, After 2 years, hemosiderin staining is unlikely. The darkening is likely from the swelling of the fat in your lower eyelid. I recommend an in-person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon. Best of luck to you, Dr. Nima!

This "dent" may be a dimple, which is muscle related and not really a dent in the skin.  I would suggest using a hyaluronic acid filler like Juvederm or Restylane in the subdermal plane if it is not tethered to muscle.  See an experienced physician injector to get the right examination and re...

No, this is unlikely to negatively impact your results. It will take 1-2 weeks for final results. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. See an expert.
