I am looking for a surgeon in England that can close a naval piecing -- any suggestion?

This can be a fairly common occurrence.  The remaining tissue if healthy can heal in and still look like a navel.  Sometimes a thicker sir may form and sometimes the hole closes shut which can be difficult to manage.  Discuss this with your surgeon.
