What procedure would fix my deformed belly? (Photo)

I am a 19 year old male interested in fixing my belly button that has been deformed since birth, based on the picture what kind of surgery/treatment and how severe of a procedure would be required to make my belly button look normal. A cost estimate would be great too.

Hi, Thanks for your question. As per your photo, the scar revision can be performed under local anesthesia but it will not improve the stretchmarks.
