Belly button revision cinch. 2 weeks post. Possibly pulled a suture beneath incision site. Will this damage the results?

I had my BB revised due to a TT. A 'cinch' type of revision was down. Last night I pulled something near my incision site (left side) and it felt like an elastic band snapping. I'm stressing out that I damaged the cinching sutures beneath the navel. Fearful that this will heal poorly. I'm 2 weeks post op, the site that was pulled stings and there’s a dull ache. Has anyone been presented with a similar situation and what the results were.
