I have noticed a good size lump in my left buttock after BBL. What could this be? Opinions? (photo)

Though an exam would be necessary, this may represent fat necrosis. This can soften over the course of 6 months to a year. These areas if larger or painful can be surgically excised. Contour irregularities can then be fat grafted.

It's difficult to determine from this photo what this lump may be. It's possible that this could be an area of fat accumulation or a collection of fluid which may indicate that you've suffered from an infection at some point. It would be worth discussing this further with your surgeon and suggesting an ultrasound to determine the cause of this lump.

Hi there, Thanks for posting. You likely have either a fluid collection such as an oil cyst or an area of hardened fat there. Both are caused by either infection, or fat that did not survive transfer.  An ultrasound exam would be helpful. Recommend discussing further with your surgeon, because having this drained may be helpful.
