I had my nose fixed yrs ago.The tip was refined, bump was fixed n angle was raised.I had a nostril deformity already there by birth. The dr never touched my nostril. I did notice when the angle was raised u could see it more.I wonder if I had a deviated septum that wasnt addressed. I dont see my nose in middle.I do like the side of my face that has the smaller nostril. the stalk n actual shapes of nostrils are diff.I photoshopped a pic of my ideal outcome is this surgically possible?

Answer: Rhinoplasty The smaller narrower nostril is a "collapsed " nostril. You need support with a cartilage graft. In person examination will confirm the diagnosis and plan of treatment

Answer: Nostril problem This is an easy problem to correct with a clear and plain solution. You have for whatever reason less support of the lateral crus on the right side causing the nostril to sag inward. The only solution (correct approach) is to take a cartilage graft from the conchal bowl of the ear and place it into a pocket made in the lateral crus area. This will achieve the correction you yourself made in the photoshopped picture. The cartilage graft may soften slightly over the years but it is by far the best approach for this problem. I have probably done this easy procedure under local anesthesia in the office very successfully a hundred times over the past 25 years. DO NOT do any surgery to move the nostril itself ....it is not the problem and will leave an unsightly scar
