Thanks for your question.  The nose will take about one year to fully heal after a rhinoplasty (can take up to 2 years if it is a revision procedure).  During this time, swelling may appear in different places on the nose at differing times - making the nose appear more asymmetric, wider, or bigger than it will appear.  I would keep an eye on it and let the healing process progress.  This may correct on its own, so make sure to keep following up with your surgeon.Best,Dr. E

Thank you for the question! Unfortunately, it's rather difficult to give you a precise answer without an in-person exam.At 1 month post-op, you're still experiencing swelling, which is not uncommon. Post-op swelling often results in asymmetrical appearance, but this shouldn't alarm you. It may take 6 to 12 months to completely resolve. In the meantime you will not be able to observe final results. If you had rhinoplasty not long ago, give it some time for your nose to settle.
An in-person exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon would be the best way to assess your needs and obtain expert medical advice. Best of luck!
