I developed a hard white bump on my right side 6 months after rhinoplasty. I later developed the same hard white bump on my left side. These bumps are becoming more visible. They are particularly noticeable after exercising. Are these Bossae? Is it true that they will continue to get worse? How difficult is it to correct? Are there any surgeons in the NJ/NY/PA area that specialize in this type of complication?
