7 weeks post op, will my deep alar crease improve as rhinoplasty swelling goes down?

One of the tell-tale signs I’ve noticed in bad nose jobs is a c-shaped deep alar crease especially when smiling. Unfortunately at almost 7 weeks post rhinoplasty, I have this exact concern. My nose right now looks very done, giving my face a very overdone look (I don’t have anything injected or any other operations). Is this temporary or is it a permanent and unwanted effect of surgery?
