Doctor Recommendation for Nose Revision Surgery

I have had nose surgery twice by 2 doctors. my 1st nose was much smaller, narrower and much prettier.they ruined my nose.the 1st doc did it as open surgery and 2nd one with closed . now i want my last surgey to corrcet the shape,make it really pretty,smaller,narrower,shorter with smaller nostrail. i hate this bump on the top and falling shape.it is not symatrical as well.i have running problem specially in cold and feelling unhealed in side and heavy breating.your suggestion?best surgeon ?

You can wear the mask, just be sure it does put pressure on the nose along the nasal root as this will create a relative hump along the nasal bridge.  This is the reason, glasses can't be worn for 6 months after a Rhinoplasty.

Twitching of the nose or basically muscle spasm is uncommon but can happen.  It should get better with time.
