While it sounds cool to have a 'perfect'nose that matches the one of your favorite famous person (or friend), this is not usually realistic nor is it a healthy goal. Remember that noses are made of bone, cartilage, skin and other tissues: they are not made of clay or wood! So while well trained and experienced surgeons can 'sculpt' these tissues with care and precision, there are many factors that influence the final outcome. One of these is the 1-2 years of healing journey following surgery. It can be helpful for the surgeon & patient alike to discuss the features that make a nose attractive A(and functional), but if you are focused mainly on trying to look like another, this will likely increase your stress and worry and make it harder to actually enjoy the benefits of your new nose. Advice: discuss your desires with your rhinoplasty surgeon but let go of your wish to copy someone else's nose.
The most important factor to achieving a result other than surgeon is the starting point. Pictures or an exam would be necessary to assess your starting point.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
I think it's way safer to take your pictures and see what changes can be safely done during surgery with a computer morphing program then to assume a surgeon can deliver the exact nose that someone else has. Rhinoplasty (nose job) is a very challenging surgery! There are many steps during the surgery that can produce changes you need to get the look you are looking for. Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon who performs nasal surgery regularly. Review their photo gallery in person at the office and not just on the internet. Best Wishes!!
Dear mona121200,You can get a similar nose to someone else, but only if it would fit you face and proportionsOther people's features should be used as a guide for you and your surgeonWhen you are ready, please visit a rhinoplasty specialist who can address all of your concernsBest,Nima Shemirani
There are techniques in rhinoplasty that can be used to create a more feminine nose, these include removing cartilage, shaping cartilage and repositioning the nasal bones. Your original nose is always the starting point for these procedures, and it isn't quite possible per se to give you the exact nose of someone else. That being said, Ariana Grande appears to have a small nose with little nasal tip projection and a straight dorsal profile. It is possible to create these characteristics in a rhinoplasty.
Many thanks for the question.I think you need to post it againThe pictures is cropped too much.May be you need to post a smaller image.Wish you all the best
At only three weeks post-operatively, it will be very difficult to tell if the bump you're pointing out is due to swelling or not. The nasal bridge will take at least 3 months - and sometimes longer - to fully come down from all the swelling. With that being said, for any questions, you should...
The recovery following the procedure you describe should be brief. Oftentimes nasal adhesions can be treated in the office. Being that you are needing to go to the OR for this, I would expect you to need a few days to recover, but it should not be as long as your septoplasty recovery.
