Thanks for your inquiry. My answer would be absolutely no. At 10 days you are still at risk for both wound dehiscence (wound tearing open) and bleeding (even small muscle tear causing small hematoma can lead to hardening of the breast). Call your surgeon for further guidance. Good Luck.
If you were my patient, I would advise against motorcycle riding or any vigorous activity for 3 weeks post-op to minimize the chance of post-op hematoma (internal bleeding into the breast). Also, your breast skin has been stretched so it is more susceptible to burning. Therefore, be very careful if you want to tan your breasts.
