Can a thong bra permanently produce a small separation between breasts?

I have seen brassieres (usually stretch bras or cute push-up bras) push implants towards one another, creating symmastia and closing off lateral pockets, even months after surgery. This is because scars are still healing, maturing, and dynamically changing for up to a year after surgery,Since you are at 6 weeks post-op, you are actually very early in the healing process, but perhaps too far down the line to actually stimulate a bit of medial capsule re-adherence and healing to widen your cleavage a bit. Except for the impact to your clothing choices, wearing a thong bra (symmastia bra) won't do any harm, and may actually prevent a regular bra from worsening the closeness.Why not give it a try? In my opinion it is unlikely that a thong bra will improve your situation. Discussion with your plastic surgeon would be most appropriate because only he/she will know if this would be ultimately helpful for you because they operated on you.
