Options for ear reconstruction after large conch piercing (conch punch)?

Your ears are pinned very close to your head.  You are not a candidate for an incisionless otoplasty.

The result is unsatisfactory as the upper helix edge is still bent forward like a shovel. This can be corrected minimally invasively with the Merck Stitch Method, without having to cut open the ear.

Unfortunately, I was unable to see any photos. However, if you do have a spitting stitch, it’s best to return to your surgeon so they can resolve the situation. They’ll most likely just remove or trim it. It’s a good idea to get this addressed earlier than later, to minimize the risk of infection.
