Dr. Sayal was amazing from the beginning. I was referred by another physician to Dr. Sayal and I am so grateful for that referral. From the start you could hear the passion he has for his work whenever talking with him. He had a plan immediately and I am so happy I trusted him. After surgery he kept in close contact to make sure everything was going okay. When I had a problem he was right there to give advice and fit me in for any visits. I never knew how easy it could be to breathe through my nose as well as feel confident about the appearance. I am forever grateful for Dr. Sayal and his team, I couldn’t be happier!

Dr. Sayal was an exceptional ENT SURGEON who was incredibly kind and patient. He took the time to hear my concerns and answer any questions I had with courtesy and professionalism. After receiving a septorhinoplasty from him, I am overjoyed with my results. He was very detail-oriented and made sure he did not cut any corners while performing the surgery. Additionally, Dr. Sayal was willing to take on a more difficult procedure that other doctors refused to do due to the severity of the deviation I had, and he exceeded all of my expectations. Wow! After 30 plus years with a bent nose- what a difference. Dr Sayal is unbelievably dedicated to his craft. Stood over me for over 7 hours fixing my nose. He and his staff are 2nd to none. I would highly recommend Dr Sayal for any nose improvements.

Dr Sayal is an expert in his field, the anatomy of the face is very complicated and given his qualifications I knew that I did not want to go to anyone else for facial rejuvenation. I wanted something natural without feeling overfilled or unnatural. He is a big believer in that philosophy, staying natural and enhancing what you have. He takes photos before and after so you can see the changes and is very precise about symmetry and making the procedure as comfortable as possible. He explains which filler he uses and why (I had questions), He explains what is doing along the way. I had NO bruising and no pain. As long as you follow after care instructions, I also had very minimal swelling. I drove about an hour to see him, and it was totally worth it!

I am 3 months post surgery and could not be happier with my results. My entire experience was extraordinary; Dr Sayal’s entire team is professional, knowledgable and caring. Dr Sayal’s technique if flawless and he makes you his #1 priority while you are in his office and on the table. It is clear that he wants each of his patients to have a fantastic result. Dr. Sayal and team gave me the most beautiful nose! I am able to breathe again which has drastically improved my life. My only regret is that I didn't do the surgery sooner. If you are thinking about this surgery absolutely put your care in Dr. Sayal. He is exceptional!
