From the start you could hear the passion he has for his work whenever talking with him. He had a plan immediately and I am so happy I trusted him. Wow! After 30 plus years with a bent nose- what a difference. Dr Sayal is unbelievably dedicated to his craft. Stood over me for over 7 hours fixing my nose. He and his staff are 2nd to none. I would highly recommend Dr Sayal for any nose improvements.

Dr Sayal is an expert in his field, the anatomy of the face is very complicated and given his qualifications I knew that I did not want to go to anyone else for facial rejuvenation. I wanted something natural without feeling overfilled or unnatural. He is a big believer in that philosophy, staying natural and enhancing what you have. He takes photos before and after so you can see the changes and is very precise about symmetry and making the procedure as comfortable as possible. He explains which filler he uses and why (I had questions), He explains what is doing along the way. I had NO bruising and no pain. As long as you follow after care instructions, I also had very minimal swelling. I drove about an hour to see him, and it was totally worth it!

I am 3 months post surgery and could not be happier with my results. My entire experience was extraordinary; Dr Sayal’s entire team is professional, knowledgable and caring.
