My mouth has sunk so much since dissolving lip filler with hyalase. What can be done to fix this. I have attached a photo of my lips and face before fillers and dissolving and then in the black tshirt how I look now. I feel like I need a facelift

To me the pictures don’t look that different with the exception of wearing make up and different lighting.
I don’t think there’s much you can do about it even if there was a change after the injection Other than being more selective when choosing providers for potential future filler injections.
