Why does lip filler create a wrinkles that were not there or not visible before the filler? (Photo)

Not sure if it's the photo angle but there seems to be a left-right asymmetry which could be due to either botox/ thread lifts done. Correction for your current situation would be to lift the saggy/ ptotic tissues on the left side of the face.
