Filler could help to make the tip less pointy. You need to wait several months for the tissue to soften enough for filler

Based on your profile photo, your bridge appears to be low and your tip is pointy. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 maybe considered for adding height to the bridge of your nose and for making your nasal tip appear more rounded and less pointy. If you have a significant amount of swelling in your nasal tip such that it feels very firm, it's best to wait for this swelling to dissipate before considering fillers. Hope this helps! I'm sorry that you have had this experience. I would typically suggest waiting a minimum of three months following the surgical rhinoplasty to be certain that the there has been complete healing and that all post-surgical edema (swelling) has resolved. It is at this point that I would feel comfortable performing a nonsurgical filler nose job. You would be wise to make certain that you consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatology filler expert, since prior surgery can alter the vascular anatomy of the nose making it a filer procedure that should not be left to inexperienced, novice filler injectors accustomed to treating only ordinary smile lines.
