Hello! I had revision rhinoplasty on the 4th of June this year. Unfortunately it didn’t go to plan. I have a pointed tip which is more noticeable from the side. This is from a bit of rib cartilage which sticks out slightly. I wanted a soft and rounded look but I am too scared to go back for another revision. The surgeon suggested filler above the tip in the supratip area and around the tip to blend in the tip and create a rounded and less pointy look from the side. How long should I wait?

After an injectable filler treatment, swelling may resolve and this can lead to an appearance where more filler could be necessary. When that is the case, we suggest adding extra filler no sooner than one month from the initial treatment date. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
